Exchanging and returning products purchased online.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If the product received was not the right one, You can ask for a exchange or a refund within theses conditions :

• Your demand must be done within the 15 following days of the reception or your order
• The product has to be returned in the same condition as it has been shipped: in its undamaged original packing material, bearing no sign of usage.
• If the product was shipped to you, you must asume the delivery fees to return it back. The transport charges are not refundable, except for delivery error. If it is an exchange, your new product will be shipped without delivery fees. In a case of a refund, we will not refund the delivery charges. You can come to our office to proceed to your refund or exchange if all above conditions are respected.
